Very happy with the service. As a full time RV traveler, it is always nice when you meet up with a business that helps you out with a problem. We had a problem with our utility trailer that hauls our motorcycle. Not only did they pick up the trailer they did a complete job in servicing it and then returned it to me. They picked it up on Friday and returned it on Monday afternoon. They repacked the bearings replaced the end caps, replaced 3 tires and fixed the lights. I would recommend this business to anyone in need, no nonsense repairs, what a concept!

Being from another state, I didn’t know where to get service for a battery and flat tire as I sat at the Winnebago rally grounds. A friend from Forest City told me she and her 2 sons take all their vehicles to Forest City Auto so that was good for me. The crew on grounds jump started the car and aired up tire, to get me to the shop. Once there, battery was replaced and tire was plugged all in a little over an hours time. I definitely commend them for a job well done and highly recommend them. Thank you!

FCA did exactly what I asked for unlike FC Crysler , where I took my truck in for a recall and they charged me over $100 for a scan and they said they needed to confirm the vehicle was I. Need of the recall, when that fact was already confirmed by Chrysler mailing me the recall. Just to line there pockets. FCA charges less than 1/2 the price of a scan at FC Chrysler.

Wow this place was amazing! Me and my friend were on a road trip and went in for something minor and discovered a huge problem with my car and I probably needed to get a new car before continuing on my cross country road trip. They were so nice to us and explained everything about my car problems in ways I could have understood and were huge helps when I came to finding a new car in the area. They actually got us in contact with someone who we actually purchased a car from the same day! They saved us and saved our trip and we're eternally grateful with their help.
